Who is responsible for your data?

What do we collect?

We collect your answers to the eligibility checker and, if you ask for quotes, your contact details: first and last name, email, phone number, postcode, best time to call and any notes you add.

Why do we use it?

We use your details to match you with MCS-certified installers who can quote for a heat pump. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box. Checker answers without contact details are used to show your result.

Who do we share it with?

We share your details with up to three MCS-certified installers covering your area. We also use service providers (such as hosting) who process data on our behalf under contract. We never sell your data to anyone else.

How long do we keep it?

We keep your details for 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

What are your rights?

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data deleted
• restrict or object to how we use it
• data portability
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out
